The PNI Hub Desk has been formed to deliver a superior service with dedicated staff to assist the P & I Clubs and their members.

As an innovative approach to provide a “one stop shop” service, PNI Hub incorporates the excellence of hub service model - operating out of Dubai-UAE. All correspondence is centralized and delivered through the Hub, achieving standardized and unique services across network, while fostering rapid total internal learning. Hub office controls and monitors all aspects of claims handling - ensuring efficiency, diligence, and cost effectiveness at every level for every instruction received. Every regional office has experienced Master Mariners as part of the claims handling team to ensure that instructions and requirements are understood and solutions delivered in the shortest period.
Areas of expertise includes Cargo Claims – Wet and Dry, Lifting of Arrests and Letter of Guarantee, Damage to Fixed and Floating Objects and installations, Crew Matters, Loss Prevention etc.
